To make an order, you do need to register with us. Follow the easy steps at the checkout.
To enable an order to be processed, all required fields need to be completed, especially Suburb, County/State and Postcode to enable our system to accurately assess the freight charge.
If you are unsure of your postcode, please see the links below in the POSTAGE section or alternately, if your area does not require a postcode, please enter ‘0000’ in this field. If your area does not have a ‘County/State’, please re-enter your ‘Town’ name.
Birdzone will not be responsible for any packages undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you don’t wish to order online, we are happy to accept your order by phone, fax or email. If you use the ‘Postal or Fax Order Form’ button at the end of the Checkout, you can print your order and use this to send to us. This form also provides our Bank Account information if required.
We do accept orders worldwide. Please ensure your address information and contact details are correct. Please also note our information on Customs, Quarantine & Taxes below.
Out of Stock Items If any item is ‘Out of Stock’, it will be clearly labeled in the product description. Please be aware that all of our Food Items are made in small batches to ensure consistent quality & freshness, very little is kept ‘in stock’ at any time. Consequently, some delays may be experienced in the dispatch of larger quantities. We will keep you informed of your order status. GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All Australian Orders are subject to GST and this will be added on to your total at Checkout.
International orders are not subject to this tax, and the ‘tax’ total at your checkout will show this as n/a. PAYMENT Online
All orders placed online are done using ‘CubeCart’, our secure shopping cart. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, please use the Pay Pal option at the Checkout. Alternately, if you have a Pay Pal account set-up you may be able to pay direct from a nominated Bank account.
Direct Credit
Please use the ‘Postal or Fax Order Form’ button at the end of the Checkout. This will give you our Bank Account Information to enable you to direct credit your payment to our Bank Account. Please provide your user name or order number as the reference when using this method of payment.
Postal / Money Order
We do except Postal or Money Orders, please use the ‘Postal or Fax Order Form’ button at the end of the Checkout. Your order will be dispatched when payment has been received.
Personal Cheques
These will only be accepted for Australian Orders, from Australian Bank accounts. Please use the ‘Postal or Fax Order Form’ button at the end of the Checkout. Your order will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. Any fees incurred for ‘bounced cheques’ will added to your order total, and alternate payment arrangements made.

Our Postage Calculator automatically calculates the Postage rate to your area at Checkout.
This is worked out by the address information given when you register.

We are able to offer alternate transport arrangements if required, using your freight company, or ours, please contact us for more details.
If you wish to use an alternate method of Transport or are unsure of the postage, please use the order form link below, and either email or fax this to us. We will contact you direct upon receipt with the freight options.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on what postage method you choose during check out, approx. delivery times are shown.
Most orders are dispatched by the end of the next working day after receipt of your order, depending on stock. We will let you know by email if there is any delay.
Missing Packages
If you have not received your package within the delivery time given, please contact us and we will endeavor to track your article from our end by completing a missing parcel notice at our post office. We will also provide you with details of the postage for your local office.
While we will make our best efforts to assist you with a missing parcel, we will not accept liability for lost packages. If you would like to arrange insurance or registration of your order, please contact us direct, prior to dispatch.
CUSTOMS, QUARANTINE & TAXES
For Overseas Customers
Quarantine & Customs
Your order may be subject to quarantine restrictions and/or customs/duty fees. Please check with your local customs and quarantine office before ordering to avoid disappointment.
International orders will include a Customs Declaration on the package, but we accept no responsibility for any outcome and can offer no refunds on confiscated goods. Birdzone is not responsible for custom fees on your purchase. All international customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be aware that most Countries have restrictions on the importing of products containing Grain, and will require treatment before accepting. This is costly !! Please check carefully with your local quarantine office before ordering any of our Food Blends.
Import Duties to Our products should not incur NZ Import Duties as all of our products are either ‘manufactured or significantly altered in NZ CUSTOMS WEB SITE

OUR POLICY FOR RETURNS
AUSTRALIA ONLY
Damaged Package
If, when you receive your order, it has been damaged in the post, we will replace or reimburse you for this.
Please return the unopened product to us in the original wrapping within 14 days of receipt. We send you a replacement package and reimburse you the cost of the return postage.
Please note this does not apply to food packages that have only lost their vacuum. While every effort is made to ensure safe transit of these items, the vacuum seal is fragile. If you receive a package that has lost its vacuum seal, please either ensure the re-seal tape is in use, or store in an airtight container. The use by dates shown on our Food Items are based on non-vacuumed product. See the Product Information page for more information.
Wrong Items Delivered
While every effort is made to ensure that the correct items are remitted, sometimes mistakes are made. We are happy to replace or reimburse you for any goods that have been sent or not sent in error.
If you receive an item in error, please return it to us in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will reimburse you for the postage.
If you change your Mind
We want you to be happy with your order, so if, when it arrives, you decide it’s not what you wanted, please contact us to arrange for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds or exchanges of this nature on any of our food products.
Any other types of products that do not have sealed packaging cannot be returned for health & safety reasons.
Please note that shipping costs if you change your mind, are at the customer’s expense, and returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
